The regular meeting of the Board of Public Works of the County of Calhoun was held Wednesday, February 16, 2005 in their office located at 13300 Fifteen Mile Road, Marshall, Michigan.

Chairperson Veramay called the meeting to order at 10:30 a.m. There being no additions or corrections to the regular meeting minutes of January 19, 2005 they stand approved as printed and distributed.

COMMUNICATIONS

•  Resolution from Marengo Township regarding dumping of sewage ponds into Rice Creek

•  Memo from Tiffany Eichorst, Solid Waste Director regarding tires and the environmental disposal fee

NEW BUSINESS

Moved by Commissioner Travis and supported by Commissioner Monaweck to cancel the Wednesday, March 16, 2005 scheduled meeting in deference to the County Road Association of Michigan Annual Highway Conference. Voice vote: Motion carried.

The next regular meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, April 20, 2005 immediately following the 9:00 a.m. Board of Road Commission meeting.

There being no additional business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned at 10:33 a.m.
